2014: Founding of Swiss International Healthcare GmbH in Switzerland

2014: Investment and launch of the care platform Werpflegtwie – a comprehensive portal for information, ratings, and placement of long-term care facilities, including a job board and marketplace. Goal: more transparency, quality, and guidance in the care sector

2015: Founding of the subsidiary Shanghai Demi Health Management & Consultancy Co., Ltd., focused on process and strategy consulting for Chinese university hospitals and know-how transfer between China and the German-speaking DACH region

2017: Founding of the German subsidiary (formerly Shanghai Demi Health Management & Consultancy DE GmbH, now MedEduGlobal), specialized in in-person training programs for both groups and individuals – from healthcare professionals to executives. Topics include supply chain management, procurement, nursing processes, oncology, reproductive medicine, and healthcare-specific leadership training

2018: Investment and co-development of STEP VR (Simulation Training for Emergency Practice using Virtual Reality) – an innovative VR-based training system for emergency medical scenarios

Over 60 successfully completed projects in executive search, personnel consulting, and strategic process advisory

My professional journey began deliberately in the healthcare sector – through personnel consulting, which remains an essential part of my work today.
Connecting people, supporting their development, and creating sustainable career opportunities has always been at the heart of what I do.

Over time, this focus has led to a range of initiatives: equity investments, international training programs, and digital solutions like STEP VR – always driven by the goal of improving how we work in healthcare, learning from one another, and moving forward together.

This also includes a commitment to greater transparency in day-to-day clinical practice – as enabled, for example, by the Werpflegtwie care platform. Because in the end, it’s always about people – in their work, in their care, and in their responsibility.
